Richard joined SEA as our Managing Director in January 2021. Throughout his career, he’s taken on senior technical and leadership roles in the UK and US, developing skills and people across the aerospace, defence, simulation, training, entertainment, and scientific sectors.

Julia joined SEA in April 2020 as Finance and Commercial Director with responsibility for IT. A qualified management accountant (CIMA), Julia has experience in a number of sectors covering hospitality, global clinical research, and defence with Directorship experience globally.

Keith served in the UK Royal Navy as a Weapon Engineering Officer for 21 years, undertaking submarine deployments across the world and postings in key defence agencies. His final role was as the Royal Australian Navy Collins Class submarine Combat System Sustainment Manager. Since moving to Ottawa in 2011, he has held senior roles in Canada’s defence industry and became General Manager of SEA Canada in July 2024.
